 Product review
Bronzing fluid Restorers are frequently called-upon to replicate or replace missing brass or bronze items from antique clocks and other antiques. Horological Solvents Ltd have now added a bronzing fluid to their range of antique patinating fluids.

The bronzing fluid is a cold patination treatment providing an even depth of tarnish dependant on the length of time the fluid is in contact with the metal.

By varying the time, differing degrees of tarnish can easily be achieved to match existing components.

As with all chemical products the instructions should be read and observed most carefully.

Available from your local horological material dealer or Restoration-Materials, 194 Wellington Road, Bury, Lancs BL9 9AH. Tel: 0161 764 2741. Website: www.restoration-materials.co.uk
