Lantern plans
I much enjoyed reading the magazine and have been taking it from the first issue. I have constructed a few clocks from the excellent instruction manuals
by Mr Wilding et al. I have long wanted to own a lantern clock, but there is no way I could afford to buy one, so the only solution is to construct
one myself. The problem is that I cannot find any plans for such a clock and I do not feel clever enough to make my own design in spite of Mr Penman's
design-and-build series.
May I, through the pages of your magazine, ask if any reader knows of any set of published plans for such a clock and where I may obtain one.
